SiteRecord

SiteRecord produces compliance records by requiring that evidence of remediation be reviewed by someone other than the person who submitted it. This is a structural requirement, not a preference.

A single person can run scans, assign responsibility, and submit evidence — but a different person must review and accept that evidence before a finding can be considered remediated and a record can reach final status.

If you are setting up SiteRecord for your organization, plan to have at least two people involved in evidence governance. You can invite additional users after registration from your account settings.
